  • Founded in 1952 by Francis and Maryemma Trombly, the company remains a closely held family business that operates over 100 buses for the Andover Public Schools, the Greater Lawrence Technical School District, the Methuen Public Schools and the Lawrence Family Development Charter School.

  • Trombly realizes the importance of the precious cargo that we carry, our future generation. As such, we are extremely safety-conscious and adhere to strict procedures and policies.
  • PRE-SERVICE TRAINING - We recruit and train most of our drivers. Before licensing, each candidate receives twenty or more hours of instruction from our safety department.
  • IN-SERVICE TRAINING - Each of our licensed drivers is required to have at least eight hours of annual training.
  • DRUG TESTING - Prior to hiring on with our company a driver must have a pre-employment drug test. Once hired, all drivers are subject to random drug and alcohol testing as mandated by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT).
